Timothy is one of the most pleasant fellows you will ever encounter. He has been to our house in the past for routine seasonal inspections and service. Today, with a heat index of about 105 degrees he came to determine what was wrong with our air conditioner. He quickly determined that it was a capacitor, which he replaced in short order. We have used Environment Masters for many years and will continue to do so. The entire staff is courteous and professional.
We called first thing on Monday morning. Before lunch dispatch called to say a tech was headed our way! A/C Technician Daniel L. was professional & knowledgeable. He was able to get our A/C unit back up & cooling! He also made informed recommendations. Environment Masters is the BEST!

Michael and Chris were both very knowledgeable and they really took the time to explain everything that was wrong and why my hot water heater needed to be replaced. Fantastic service and professional, determined, hardworking, and kind workers! Had sewage backup and impossible to find clean out pipe. They stayed for 8 hours in the terrible heat and didn’t stop until they found the problem and fixed the blockage. Great guys and hardworking!
