The installation crew were absolutely FANTASTIC. Although there was a bit of a language barrier, they were friendly, professional, and efficient. I appreciate the job that Jesse, project leader, did as well. He stayed on site until the job was completed. He was courteous and knowledgeable. After the the roof was installed, Mr. Jesse conducted an inspection, with me, to make sure that I understood the work that had been done and to ensure that I was satisfied with the final outcome. I also want to thank Mr. Alan, estimator, for getting the process started. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends that they start their home and roof repair projects with Watkins Construction and Roofing.

There’s a reason Watkins has been around so long! Do not waste your time with other companies like I did who in months could not work with me or my insurance company as well as Derek, John Allen, Matt and Stephanie did in weeks. They communicated with me through every step of the process and addressed all of my concerns and questions. Our experience with Strength Roofing was amazing. From Steven, who walked us through at the beginning step by step including a video that helped us see the problems with our roof, sent us a picture of what our home would look like with the type of roof we picked out, and worked with us on pricing and financing. Then there was Josh and his team who showed up on time everyday, were very respectful, made sure that all my questions were answered, and did a professional job! Would definitely recommend them, hands down.

Strength roofing did a very professional job with repairing our roof. Brandon Mabry was especially helpful with both his pre and post inspections. Using photos he explained in detail exactly what needed to be done and made sure the work was done properly. This was very reassuring to us.

Wonderful experience! After a severe weather event, I urgently needed an emergency roof repair and inspection. I contacted several roofing companies, but because it was a holiday weekend, finding help was difficult. Stephen from Strength Roofing came through—he arrived exactly when promised and completed the emergency repair without any delays or waiting around. Following the inspection, Stephen provided detailed photos along with a clear, thorough explanation of the entire process from start to finish.
