I informed her of the quick timeframe I neede it done and she personally called the owner to see if it was possible even though they were already booked.At this moment I’m waiting to hear from them to see if it can be done. Nevertheless, even if they can’t provide the cleaning services due to the time restraints, they have proven themselves to be customer oriented. It’s all thanks to Jonelle.
