Oscar Ruiz is one of the owners and when explained the situation on hand, he came to our place the next day. Very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable person and bilingual should it be needed. He took all necessary measurements the same day he came. After talking about the project and time frame, he promised it would be on time within 2 weeks He contacted me twice to keep me informed. 2 days prior to promised date, Oscar called me to inform the installers could be here 1 day prior to promised install date. I would state that the service behind their word is gold.
