I had an excellent experience at the Devon Storage Facility thanks to the store manager, Devencci. From the moment I walked in, Devencci was professional, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain all of my storage options clearly, answered every question patiently, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and secure, which gave me peace of mind. Devencci’s customer service truly stood out—he went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and that I felt confident in my choice.

Great storage facility! The staff member who assisted me was extremely kind and patient. They took the time to show me every available unit and explained all the pricing details and Black Friday weekend promotions thoroughly. I'm very grateful for their dedication, which made me confident I made the best choice for my storage needs. Highly recommend!.

Mark was extremely helpful, patient, friendly, and attentive. He worked the location alone and was able to assist us and a number of other customers while keeping everyone satisfied. He was also very knowledgeable and remembered us from previous conversations. Overall 10/10 service!.

Introductory Internet offer is very similar to bait and switch. Three months after the offer they will usually move you up to the regular price I will receive a post card giving me 30 days notice of new rates. . Also Florida does not require insurance on a motorcycle or boat yet your company requires insurance to store my boat. Was at unit for 2 hours trying to get it squared. Christine was very informative and helpful but I felt a bit beaten up and I left. Also my gate code did not work and I was supposed to get a text from Christine. Manager to ensure re entry into unit. I hope all gets resolved tomorrow. Christine went out of her way to text me after midnight that I could gain access to my boat tomorrow. Thank you That was very cool.

Christine is amazing manager and person. She provided great customer service. The company is fortunate to have her. The site is nice, secure and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

love the atmosphere, Christina helped me out a lot, she took the time to explain everything thoroughly to me and made sure I was completely satisfied with my unit before leaving.
