Carlos A did an awesome job identifying a totally bizarre situation that had turned our pool water cloudy, like someone had poured a 5 gallon pail of milk in the water. He quickly found out that the skimmer basket and line was filled with a ton of limestone gravel, that had gotten into the basket while our landscapers were doing some work behind the pool. He fished as much gravel out as he could, rinsed the filter a few times, and did some kind magic with the pump lines to flush the rest of the gravel out of the system. For a minute there I thought I was looking at thousands of dollars in repair bills, but in 20 minute, Carlos saved the day. Highly recommend him and Patriot. Thanks.

We have been using Patriot Pools for service for four years with great results. The pool always looks great, and the chemicals are spot on. We used an independent guy before who over chlorinated it, which is common I hear, and it led to bather discomfort. Pricing is fair, the techs are very friendly. Really like Carlos A.

What amazing customer service and a great value as compared to other pool companies. Kevin informed me about a warranty on my damaged pool vaccum. I didn't even know there was one. He also assisted with communicating with the company regarding replacement parts, which required much more effort than I expected. He was super kind and patient. The owner, Chris, stopped by today to provide an estimate for monthly service and took the time to clean my filter and skim the pool. He was super personable, chatting while he worked. I'm moving from what seems like a much broader service to company to hiring my neighbor down the street. No brainer!.

Chris was very helpful and they had a large selection of products to choose from as I was looking to install a new pump and heater. Really great! Oh and the prices were in line with what I found online so they were not hiking up the cost of the items over what I found on sites like Amazon.
