From the start I was impressed by reading the historical origins of the company called, JOHN THE PLUMBER. Then I was further impressed that I could back up my after hours service call with an online request for service form. Not even out of bed yet, and I received a call from the office, confirming my service call and gathering additional information. I was informed that my service call is scheduled for between 9 am and 1 pm. I received 2 additional calls during the morning, informing me of , my assigned technicians' name, (Shane) and his progress to my location. Shane was super professional, and knowledgeable about all things plumbing. I was delighted that Shane was able to quickly solve my plumbing problem for a very reasonable charge, but what impressed me the most was the care he took to clean up after himself when the job was done. With so much competition out there, I am so happy I landed with JOHN THE PLUMBER, a truly first class operation.

We just had a hybrid water heater installed and it went great. They arrived at the time they stated, were very professional and explained and helped me set up the app to control it. Bladimir was great. He had to cap off a gas line. He explained it to me and told me the price upfront and was able to take care of it immediately. I will definitely use John the plumber again. I feel they are very fair in their pricing and it was easy to get a prompt appointment.

Joseph Beyer was Very thorough, knowledgeable, and patient. I had a slab leak and I was stressed out. He explained and answered all my questions. I felt very confident in him. I am very pleased with his work. And the biggest plus is he cleaned up after himself.
