TURNING POINTE DANCE ACADEMY REVIEWS

We love Turning Point! It is the best dance studio we have found in South West Mobile. All of the teachers and owner are the sweetest people. They teach kids how to believe in themselves, be fair, and giving! Yes, giving! Every Christmas, the family's purchase items that the dancers get to hand out to each resident of the nursing home. The dancers are all dropped off at the nursing home and they spend a few hours socializing and spreading cheer.

If you want a family oriented dance studio, this is the place to be. They love your kids. They have great teachers and they truly care. It is more conservative when it comes to costumes compared to other studios. We love it here.

I've had my girls at TPDA now for three years and they are learning how to dance along with building self-esteem.

DEBBIE'S SCHOOL OF DANCE REVIEWS

This is my daughter’s 3rd year at Debbie’s but first year at the studio. My daughter is 4 years old so it was convenient that Debbie taught classes at the daycare. I love that Debbie called me and was completely transparent about my daughter moving to the studio due to reasons with the class size and age of dancers at daycare. Since starting at the studio I have noticed a huge difference in her dancing skills and attitude towards dance. My daughter absolutely loves Mrs. Debbie and is always so excited to show me how Mrs. Ashley teaches the class to stretch. The studio is such a great environment and so welcoming. Mrs. Erin at the desk is quick to answer any questions via email or in person, it’s nice to see her interact with all the students and know who they all with a studio so large. My daughter looks forward to dance each week and that’s always a good sign.

Love this dance studio and the nurturing environment it offers to young children . They have the BEST teachers in Mobile. These dance instructors develop and encourage their students love of dance and so much more. The faculty promotes family, friendships, academics and self confidence . The studio has a family atmosphere where the older dancers not only inspire younger students in dance, but also act as role models through their leadership skills and academic achievements. These young women become Azalea trail Maids, Distinguished Young Women of Mobile County, Auburn University Tiger Paws, University of Alabama And USA dance team members.

Not just a dance studio, it’s FAMILY! Debbie and her team of instructors are wonderful and really love their students. My daughter is not only learning to dance, she has also gained physical strength and confidence that will follow her throughout her life. We LOVE Debbie’s School of Dance.

Sheffield School of the dance is like another family to me. I have been a student, a teacher and a now parent of a student at the studio. Many years of top notch training in dance and in life in general is something I will cherish forever. I am happy that my daughter is growing up with the same experience.

With my granddaughter now taking dance, we begin our 3rd generation who have taken classes with these talented people. Thank you Sheffield's School of the Dance for all the memories past and present.

This is the absolute best dance facility. The structure and lessons are beyond the best there is.
