Culture Shock San Diego

I decided to go way out of my comfort zone for the new year and try the cardio hip hop class. I was so nervous but absolutely LOVED it. Everyone was so welcoming and the atmosphere was so inclusive to anyone with any background or ability. I was a total novice but felt like I picked up on so much. Great music, great instructor and such a fun workout. Perfect for beginners who want to have fun moving. I can’t wait to go back.

Incredible place. I'm a new dancer and looking to gain more confidence and this place is so welcoming! Classes are affordable and instructors are friendly. The classes themselves are a breath of fresh air, you walk out of every class feeling amazing. Highly recommend.

5/5 hands down welcoming community, covid conscious dancing atmosphere, and fun workout! all ages come here. sustain and support nonprofits rooted in community. they are doing GREAT work. happy i found this place.
