SAN DIEGO ZOO REVIEWS
This zoo was amazing! We came while on vacation and decided to spend two days here. It was a great choice for us and our toddlers. We were able to do the right side of the park on day one and the right side of the park on day two. We had a wonderful time and were even able to get our reusable water bottles filled inside of the restaurants and eating places. All employees were also wonderful to interact with. I would highly recommend anyone visit here. I'm already looking forward to getting to go back one day.
This is a great zoo and can easily take the whole day to really see everything and read about the animals. The volunteers standing at some exhibits are a wonderful addition, providing lots of valuable and interesting information about the animals there. Some say this zoo is overrated, but I disagree. It's one of the best in the country. The animals really seem to put on a show and the lion was so vocal!
I love the San Diego Zoo! I've been coming here since I was a kid and now I get to take my own kid! The Zoo is huge, it's definitely easy to spend the whole day here. Right now it's a little different as far as entering because of the pandemic. You have to go online and reserve a time to come in. Face masks are required at all times except for when eating.

USS MIDWAY MUSEUM REVIEWS
It is one of the most amazing experiences, don’t miss it if you are in San Diego. Explore the ship, check out how the navy seals used to live, eat, do their business…etc., you will see new exciting things on each floor, including a lot of different types of aircraft. You can learn a lot from the fantastic veterans who actually served on the ship, also make sure to use the audio tour as well, it is informative.
Wonderful "museum" of an aircraft carrier. Included with admission is a listening device that works with a station at each attraction that was very informative. The best parts for me were the 2 live pilot presentations (each from the Vietnam war) on the catapult and the hook and arresting wire (to stop the aircraft). They each had excellent audio-visual aids as well. Don't miss this.
Well worth the price of admission, wonderful volunteers with lots of great insight. Ask them stuff! The ship itself is well maintained, with lots of cool planes and choppers for display. The little audio guide I actually found to be useful. Used it at every "exhibit". There are spots for différent talks laid about the ship, well worth the 5 minutes or so it'll take. The gift shop had some really cool pins, the cashier was super patient as I rattled off a list of the ones I had an interest in. Thank you to all the staff and volunteers!

BIRCH AQUARIUM REVIEWS
If you are planning a field trip or an activity this is a great place to visit for children or those who are fascinated by nature. I've been here a couple of times, one was during a field trip for school and the other was with some friends. There are lots of exhibits to explore and it is a great learning opportunity as well.
Short and sweet outdoor exhibits offered during covid, which was awesome! The crew members were absolutely amazing and so so nice and informative throughout the experience and also made the entire experience feel very covid-safe. They (Matt especially!) genuinely expressed an urge to share their knowledge which made it really enjoyable
We go down to San Diego about once every 3 months or so. We have just gotten a membership to the Birch in order to support a great place for research and education. My daughter, niece, and nephews, aged 9 to 13 had a great time at this little Aquarium,
