I have been going to Dr. Scales office for many years and no matter how far I travel and the many mistakes I make with my own hair. Recently, I returned and started seeing Physician Assistant Anay Castro, and as soon as I met her it felt like I known her for years and she was mentally and spiritually connected with me. My edges have come back astronomically within 4 months it changed to this. she values learning about “Black” hair, I value her opinion and advice. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Dr. Scales and Anay Castro.

Well, I just like this Dr. My daughter's face looked like a pizza the acne was so bad. His office helped her with Accutane treatment. He can get tough with his patients but he has solid clinical skills. I like him so much, I'm sending my husband there. Great outcome for us.

I recommend Dr. Scales to everyone. He has been my Dermatologist for over 13 years, I used to drive from Greensboro,NC now I drive from Raleigh, NC to see him. My skin is better and he also treats my alopecia monthly. He is the nicest man so respectful and kind and his staff. If you want to feel cared about I recommend coming to Dr. Scales.
