Staff was very friendly, thorough, and helpful. I felt understood and listened to when describing my issues to Keven, and he provided me with solutions as well as keeping me in the books for future monitoring to see how I respond to prescribed treatment. I appreciate them doing their due diligence as my dermatological providers and appearing very knowledgeable and understanding, answering all my questions and addressing any concerns. I also received a new patient goody-bag which was such a cute and thoughtful touch! Would recommend.

The staff was very kind and welcoming. I felt that ease from the first meeting with the young lady at the desk to the meeting with the nurse who assisted the doctor. The doctor also was very kind, friendly, and made me feel relaxed. It was a very good experience.

Great staff. They are competent and fast. Also everything is conveniently managed in an app.

Dr Hatter performed Mohs surgery on my face! He and his staff in both the Killeen and Waco offices have been very professional and attentive to all my questions! Dr Hatter has sat and explained everything each time and provided me with all options so I could make an informed decision! I was sure that after surgery I would look like Frankenstein...his work is nothing short of miraculous! I am only 5’weeks post op and I am so pleased with the appearance! If you need a skin cancer doctor then doctor Hatter is fantastic on every level of care! I am so so glad I found him and chose him as my doctor for this.

Since this was my first visit and not knowing what to expect, Dr. Hatter and his team made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Hatter explained in detail and in a language I could understand the multiple conditions I may have and what the solution(s) may be. I would definitely recommend going to see Dr. Hatter.

It's always a joy to see Dr Hatter and his staff and on my last visit i was running about 45min late and he said it was no problem to see me and should it happen again he also said to come in and he will fit me in. I don't know of any other doctor who do that.

Within 5 minutes of my first visit with Dr. Tillman I knew I would really like her. Her dazzling smile and comforting touch made me feel so at ease. She answered all my questions in terms I could comprehend and looked at every one of my problem areas. She was upfront and honest in her diagnosis and didn’t sugar anything. She gave me a pamphlet to read so I could do my own research and be knowledgeable in my treatment. I know I will be well taken care of by Dr. Tillman and her assistant, Daniel, who was also super nice. They seem to make a good team!! Many thanks to Daniel and Dr. Tillman.
