Such a lovely experience. The atmosphere is so inviting and clean. The staff was warm with their greetings destiny, avae, ivy, Randy definitely made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and made me laugh. Dr.prince was very informative and explained everything so clearly for me to understand with great humor to go with it. They are definitely the dream team. 10 out of 10. plus they have candy.

Wonderful practice, got an appt. very quickly & Dr Prince is the best. They use all the latest testing machines and their staff is so kind. I have had testing all over the country!! Don't hesitate to make an appt. Thank you Patricia Doughty age 69.

I absolutely loved our experience here at Killeen Vision. Shout out to Dr Valerie and assistant Claudia for all their help with our appointment. I was a tad frustrated because I lost my insurance card Claudia made it simple and was able to search for our ID and didn't make me feel like crap for not having it. Dr Valerie was very kind and made my daughter comfortable with the appointment. (Her sight isn't the best and there was no judgement for it either.. actually we were able to laugh it off and not make her insecure). In the end we were able to find the perfect pair of glasses and an ETA in a timely matter. Thanks for loving yall job highly recommended.

Nice, clean and friendly environment. The staff was very professional and efficient. They were patient and addressed all of my questions. Dr. Marten-Ellis was excellent and she took the time to explain everything to me. I had a great experience overall. Highly recommended.

Welcoming was great and the staff impecable. They're laid back I didn't feel.rushed. Yes I already recommended Killeen Vision to my friends and family.

Budget Optical is great, everyone who works there is very nice and very patient; they're the only place I will take my Nana when she needs new glasses and now it's the only place I'll go to get my own glasses. The whole business is very cozy and welcoming and so far they've always been way quicker at getting my glasses ready than anywhere else.

So impressed and pleased with our experience at Budget Optical in Killeen. Everyone is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr. Deapen is a delight. Our eye exams were thorough and my daughter’s glasses were ready faster than expected. ‘Budget Optical’ really helps to save you money where they can. This is a long-standing local, small business that was recommended to us by several friends. Happy to give them 5 Stars.

I started with budget optical last year. I like the optometrist he's friendly, outgoing and professional. The store is easy to get to and the price is right.
