As a new patient, I found Dr. Mortensen to be an excellent doctor. He was patient, kind, a good listener and completely professional. He demonstrated the current knowledge of efficient skin care. The moisturizers he recommended are wonderful. The supplement he suggested also seems a great fit for my condition. The appointment was completed in a timely manner and I left with helpful and useful information. I appreciated having this overall experience with him. Thank you.

I was thrilled to find Dr Casse again. She found two skin cancers and completed the procedures, including a Mohs without scaring on my face. And her Nurse practitioner Alexis was so kind and gentle. Actually the entire staff was amazing! Looking forward to the level of care that I’ve never seen before coming here and continuing my wellness care. Thanks for the large billboard to advertise where we could find you.

Dr Casse is easy to talk to and here staff is very friendly. She has a busy practice so you might have to schedule far out but it’s worth the wait. I appreciate when a doctor takes the time to actually listen to you. I’ve been seeing her for years and can’t say enough good things about her.

At the annual skin checkup, it was like visiting family. Dr Casse and her staff is outstanding because they listen and remember you from previous appointments. When asked who I would recommend as a future client, I promptly suggested Reno Tahoe Dermatology. She looked up the office website and was pleased with the reviews. Great vibe there.

Today Dr. Kiene removed margins from a melanoma diagnosis on my arm. He answered all of my questions, took the time to explain clearly what he was going to do, and helped put me at ease. He and his assistants were kind and professional. The office is very professional and it's obvious they care for their patients. Grateful to have a surgeon like Dr. Kiene here in Northern Nevada.

Great staff, they explained the procedure and what to expect. Everything went smooth. After the procedure the pain was moderate and inline with what I expected. But I handled it with the techniques that they explained and demonstrated. Kind considerate people, and they provided me with a hat to protect my scalp for the ride home.

Absolutely the best place. Drs. And all staff so kind and gentle. Very informative. make you feel like they really care. Great place and staff.
