Dr. Smith is a fantastic therapist. Humbleness doesn't exist here. To be candid, my primary concern was having panic attacks/anxiety attacks, trouble coming to terms with grief, and worry about everything and everyone. It was becoming a nightmare that I was losing control of. I had tried therapy before, and life kept blocking the process. I could get into the red tape, but that's boring. Please let me tell you about Dr. Smith. I truly believe she helped me. A earnest listener, a compassionate individual who is honest and fair with her observations. It feels like a conversation when I talk with her, something I enjoy. She feels like a cheerleader in my corner, something I think everyone deserves. Therapy is vulnerability at its core. It's been so hard, and so rewarding. I am so grateful that I took my problems seriously. It's a healing journey, and it's so incredible when it works. If you feel like you are struggling, are going through a transition, or just need to relieve yourself, I could recommend no one greater.

I have been seeing Dr. Smith for a few months and she has really helped me understand myself and building confidence. Very personable and has a great way of helping me understand or visualize a process, as I work on myself. Not afraid to tell you like it is and making sure it will take work on your behalf as well. Has also helped me understand the mind of an addict as I have been affected by people who suffered from it.

Dr. Smith helped me a lot in dealing and with my depression and anxiety, and always seemed to truly listen to me explain my concerns, without judgment or unwanted interjection. She was very kind, and encouraged me every step of the way.

He always says “sometimes crying will happen here, but my guess is we’re gonna laugh a lot more often” and that was certainly true! I feel like I got SUCH clarity and productive work done, and at the same time.

Dr. Steever was a tremendous help in figuring out my direction and getting my life back on track. So appreciate him.
