I absolutely love this place!! Best eye office in Nevada!!! My doctor is amazing and so is the staff you deal before and after you see the doctor. The lady who helped me find my glasses was so fun to be around!! She was so helpful and welcoming to help me with the process. Very honest and willing to take the time to find what is right for you. If I could rate this place a 100/10 I would! Thank you for all the work you guys do.

Dr. Raulino was very thorough and answered all my questions. She and her team were great! The office manager helped my husband and I with getting our glasses. She was extremely kind and helpful in explaining our benefits since we’re double insured. This was the best experience I’ve had at an eye doctor visit. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

Amazing and friendly staff! Great glasses selection and they took my insurance of BCBS. Recommend to all!.

Downtown Vision is the best office! From the minute you walk in the door you feel so welcomed. It's a very clean and organized office. The front office staff are so nice. Dr. Troy Ogden is so friendly and makes you feel at ease during your exam. He is the best eye Dr. I have ever had. He is very professional and courteous. He takes his time with you and never rushes your appointment. I was also helped by Hailey, Morgan, and Evelyn who all were very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. I have been going to Downtown Vision for years and every time I go there I am so impressed on the level of customer service they provide! Thank you everyone.

Dr. Ogden Is a wonderful doctor! I have been seeing him for years and he has always been very helpful in modifying my prescription as my eyes change, and making sure I have best possible comfort with my lenses. I would highly recommend him to anyone. The woman who did my initial was wonderful too. Very friendly and knowledgable.

The eye doctor who I saw today. I did not get his name but he was so proficient at his job very intensive and informative. I was very pleased with his service. And the rest of the staff was also very impressive. I would like to thank every one of them today for making my visit very pleasant.

The whole office has personality; I was greeted quickly and by many individuals, at every step I felt very comfortable and as if I was their only patient. Dr. Mills is incredible; he took the time to explain every facet and option available for my vision issues and procedures. I’m normally very nervous when visiting any medical office but these folks are all professional and clearly enjoy their roles.

Dr. Mills was awesome! We really liked him. Extremely thorough. Also, Rebecca, who helped us with surgery scheduling was amazing. She knew we had another appointment we needed to get to and she quickly stepped in and sped up our process. She was exceptional ! And…..we made that appointment in time!.

Everyone is EXTREMELY Professional, Knowledgeable, Friendly, Competent, and Thorough! I have come to this office and Dr Mills 3 times in last 4 years and have always been very happy I did! A very busy office but I can see why.
