Nick Azemika has been my one and only family law attorney; but I can confidently say that without him, my divorce and custody battle would have been MUCH more stressful. I think many attorneys over promise and under deliver, while Nick gives a conservative assessment of the situation, then the actual outcome ends up being better than projected. That was my experience with him anyway. Nick has been working in his field a long time and is very competitive. He simply hates losing. Tell him what your priorities are and let him do his work. He’ll listen to your ideas and will jump on anything good; but if he tells you something isn’t a good plan or good idea, it’s probably not. Trust that he knows what can work, what won’t work and what’s a waste of your time and money. Speaking of money, he bills fairly. You’ll know what his rates are for all his work right up front. You shouldn’t be surprised when you get your monthly bill. He doesn’t nickel and dime you and he doesn’t charge for frivolous activities. You’ll get the services you are paying for. There may be attorneys in town that charge more, but I can’t see any of them being better than Nick. He really was a great attorney to have. I’m REALLY glad he was my attorney instead of my ex’s.
