Customer service was outstanding. When I dropped off my items for alterations, I was told it would be two weeks because of the amount of items they had. My order was ready in less than five days and done exceptionally. They even texted me the order was ready for pickup!

I love to get my clothes pressed here! Attention to detail is important to me. As for my cocktail dresses and summer dresses...perfection. Customer service is superb.
