The training center at 95th and Nall in Overland Park is an excellent facility! The staff is courteous, efficient, and professional. The nice thing about this location is that you can drive up and they come to your car to retrieve your clothing.

I pulled into the drive-up at 5:04 on a Saturday evening and Wesley was more than glad to take care of me despite technically being closed. I told her I had 2 of the 8 shirts that were new and would require iron on tags, but she was still glad to take care of me! This is Excellent Customer Service! I wish more businesses would train their employees to treat customers like Wesley treated me! 5 STARS Wesley! Outstanding!

I bought a cocktail dress that had a stain. The dress came with a no return policy. I did not think the stain would come out. Tide did an amazing job. They were so professional and did get the stain out. I was so excited! I would recommend them to everyone!

I'm really disappointed with their customer service. They had lost my bed comforter 2 weeks ago. I been try to get a communication with manager, but It seems impossible. The front lady told me that they are going to call me, but every time that I visit this place all I got is the same answer. I want it to know where is my Bed Comforter and how is possible that they gave this to someone else. After all of these we were able to solve this problem, Thanks to Fabian Benito the Owner, of this Place. He help us directly to find a solution for it. Loyalty is the key here, we would like to continue going to this place. Thanks so much.
