Young's Dry Cleaning

I live out of town and my local cleaners closed. I decided to coordinate my dry cleaning with my trips to NOLA and try Young’s again as it had been a few years. Needless to say I was wary . But I was more than pleased with their overall excellent service. The customer service while dropping off and explaining I would be back in two weeks due to living out of town. The text notifications of what I dropped off and its cleaning status but most importantly the thoroughness and perfection of the dry cleaning. To top that off the price for all I brought in was significantly less than I expected. Lately excellent service is hard to find. Young’s showed that level of overall service.

I visited several dry cleaners before choosing Young’s. None of the others provided the excellent customer service Young’s did, and no other place treated me like an old friend. I trusted Young’s to clean my bed spreads and garments, and my trust was well placed. I appreciate the care they provide; they even replaced a shirt button that was broken prior to me dropping it off! Additionally, they communicate with me through the cleaning process, and their pricing is quite affordable.

Young’s is my go to spot for all my dry cleaning needs. The team member that helps us out at the counter is great! Always nice and helpful when checking in and out. My clothes always come back better than I dropped them off. The electronic notifications are big as well. You can process your payments and get notified of pickups.
