I really do like this office. They've been there for me when I need something. I was out of town last month and ran out of insulin, and they were very quick to send a refill in to a pharmacy that was close by. The staff is friendly. Dr. Hussain is knowledgeable and helpful in getting me the supplies I need to manage my condition. I wouldn't be on the CGM I am now if I didn't statt coming to this office, and I'm in the process of starting insulin pump therapy. In the past, other endocrinologists have given me a phone number for a rep and sent me on my way. Here, I'm given information in the office that I need to make informed decisions about my meds and devices, and a rep calls me.

Dr. Syed Hussain is an amazing doctor. He’s very knowledgeable, kind, patient, and helpful and he answers all my questions. He takes all the time I need and I never feel rushed out the door. He’s an excellent example of what a doctor should be. His office staff are amazing too. They are kind and answered my questions also. The atmosphere in Dr. Hussain’s office is very positive and as a regular patient, I greatly appreciate that.

Dr. Hussain answers all of my questions. I could not see him well or walk unassisted on my first visit. He explained what was happening and how he could repair my thyroid that had been damaged by chemotherapy in another town. I am most grateful! Staff are nice, polite. Very clean offices. He has a good reputation. I understand he is also “THE Diabetes Specialist” of North Texas.

I wish I could give Dr. Tan & Ryan 20 stars each. Both are super responsive, have my best interest at heart & make the process of ordering insulin, pump & CGM supplies, labs, etc. as easy as possible. I very much appreciate the flexibility and convenience of meeting virtually and sharing my CGM reports electronically. Under Dr. Tan’s exceptional care & guidance, my lab results are in good ranges yet she always listens & offers to see how she can best support me. I was under Dr. Tan’s care years ago in Virginia, and now that I’m living in Texas, I have chosen to continue under her care even though there are providers much closer to me. She’s honestly THE BEST doctor I’ve ever had. And, her instagram feed is quite interesting, informative & fun.

Dr. Tan is always so kind and attentive. She always remembers me and what's going on with me. She takes her time and i feel like she really cares. She isn't just in and out. Her staff is also very sweet and always take care of their patients. I can't say enough great things about this office and Dr. Tan.

It was my first time there at the new place so it was really nice and the office managers was very friendly with me.
