ATIF HAQUE, MD, FAANS, FACS - BAYLOR SCOTT & WHITE NEUROSURGERY–FORT WORTH REVIEWS
After getting several opinions from different neurosurgeons I chose Dr Haque. He was very thorough and ordered additional tests to gain a clearer picture of what was causing my issues and pain. Originally it was recommended I have spinal fusion surgery, but after reviewing my test results he opted for a bilateral laminotomy. The results were almost immediate! He was very thorough and direct with communication. I highly recommend him!
Dr. Haque was great throughout my entire surgery and recovery. He was detailed in ensuring he understood what was going on and communicated effectively and made sure I understand my patient care plan. My surgery was successful and I felt safe in his care the entire time.
From the office staff to Dr. Haque I thank you for the wonderful services I received through your office. Having severe pain for years, trying everything under the sun to help, of course to no avail. Dr. Haque alleviated that and I am in his debt. Thank you guys!!

THOMAS S. ELLIS, MD, FAANS, FACS - FORT WORTH BRAIN & SPINE INSTITUTE, LLP REVIEWS
I want everyone to know about this man DR.ELLIS was a absolute GOD sent to me. before I was told about Dr.Ellis years back my back surgery did not go so well. I wish someone would have told me about him then. that's one reason I want people to know what a humble, God loving man and surgeon he is. I went to see him so scared because my right arm all of a sudden felt like I was holding on to a electric fence and a lot of pain going down my arm. I was at times having to hold my arm above my head. We had a heart to heart talk I was so scared but he answered all my questions and told me why we were going to do after I had a myelogram done. It was a miracle no pain or electric feeling in my arm after surgery. I truly believe he will not do surgery on anyone in less he knows he can do it.Dr.Ellis was my best Christmas present I could have ever had IN MY LIFE. he gave me my life back. AND THANK YOU LORD FOR GIVING DR. ELLIS THE ABILITY AND HANDS TO BE THIS SURGEON HE IS. AMEN.
There aren’t enough words to express how grateful we are for Dr. Ellis. My husband was ill for two years, eventually diagnosed with a Pituitary tumor, and referred to Dr. Ellis. From our first visit with Dr. Ellis we felt confident in his abilities and expertise. He clearly explained all possibilities/effects of surgery and follow-up needs. He is still under his care and his health has greatly improved. We thank God for his care as he literally saved his life. He and his staff are the best!
Dr. Ellis saved my life in 2006. I suffered from chiari malformation. The first procedure performed by another doctor went wrong. I had to return to the emergency room 5 days after being released from the hospital. Dr. Ellis was the doctor that caught the infection. He corrected the mistake that the other doctor made cleared up the infection and saved my life. I'm now a proud mother of 4 beautiful children and grateful for all of his hard work and compassion.

ANTHONY W. LEE, MD, FAANS, FACS - FORT WORTH BRAIN & SPINE INSTITUTE, LLP REVIEWS
My experience with Dr. Lee and his team Pre and Post Operatives was outstanding. Dr. Lee took my concerns serious and ordered the correct testing and found the issue to my concerns, after all test results were in Dr. Lee sat down with me showed me my MRI explained what I was looking at and discussed with me the best course of action that should be taken. Once the course of action was agreed upon Dr. Lee and his knowledgeable staff took care of everything. I’m so thankful that my Provider Brenda Ziegler from Dr. M. Holland’s Office recommended Dr. Lee because it was definitely one of the best medical decisions that has been made for my overall health and quality of life. I would also like to express my thankfulness and appreciation to the staff at Baylor Scott and White Surgery Center located on Park Place in Fort Worth, Texas from the moment I entered I was greeted and treated with respect from every person I came in contact with. I highly recommend Dr. Anthony Lee his staff and the Surgery Center he uses. God Bless them all because they truly know how to ease the worry of those of us going through a surgical procedure.
I have been in back pain for over 2 years and had been seen by numerous doctors that were not able to diagnose my condition. My husband’s doctor Dr Anthony Lee agreed to see me and has been right on ! I am now 100% pain free living the life at age 67. I am so thankful to Dr Lee and his staff! De Anna has been so supportive as well! I would recommend Dr Lee and staff! You will not regret it.
Dr Lee saved my life in 2009 when he operated on my brain for an astrocytoma. He was very gentle and was careful so that I didn't have severe deficits from the surgery. I went home 3 days after the surgery. He also operated on my back in 2020 doing a laminectomy for the severe sciatica I had. Again very careful and gentle. Little down time and immediate relief. I highly recommend him.
