My diabetes journey started back in 2016 and I wish I had started seeing Dr. Katta from the beginning. I have been a patient of Dr. Katta for the past year and find he is not only knowledgeable but listens to my concerns and takes a no nonsense treatment approach which has proven effective, dropping my A1C below 6%. Do your part to follow the treatment plan and you will be rewarded with a better A1C under his care and experience. I rarely praise care providers but I feel Dr. Katta is exceptional and do not hesitate to recommend him to family or friends.

Dr. Kakumanu's judgment about my ailment is spot on. He prescribes the relevant medication and monitors my progress through the web portal with periodic questions about my progress in addition to the quarterly office visits. I think he genuinely cares about his patients and wants them to feel better. He is a soft spoken physician and his presence is not intimidating.

I started seeing Dr.Kakumanu about 2 and a half years ago. Very happy and our relationship continues go evolve. He has worked very hard (as has his staff particularly Corinne) with my insurance and Medicare specifically. I am also doing much better with my td1 and thank him for helping with that.

Listen! This doctor does, and pays attention to the fine details, and respects patients and co-workers.
