I’ve been seeing Dr. Seghal since I was about 18 years old. I’m 25 now. She gives me the empathy and tools I need. Simply put, she has made my life much more livable and I’m very grateful for that.

She is awesome easy to talk to she listens shes awesome thanks Dr. Seghal love your staff too.

Dr. Sehgal is the rarest of psychiatrists: She actually listens to and advises her patients.

I've been seeing Dr. Ghani for two years now and I could not recommend him more. He listens to me for just about as long as I want to talk (within reason), and does a fabulous job of synthesizing all of the things I say in each appointment to apply to my meds. All of that is great for Bedside Manner and all, but I also feel better overall. Before I started seeing Dr. Ghani, I had so much trouble with emotional regulation, ADHD and self-awareness. The work I've done and medications I've been prescribed have really changed my worldview for the better. I feel like I can accomplish anything, and that's thanks to his expertise. But like... you've got to be totally honest; not because he demands it of you, but because it's best for you. OH ALSO, the practice staff is phenomenal. They are so kind and helpful. I recommend Dr. Ghani, but if you can't get in with him, I recommend ANYONE at Ocean Psychiatry.

My life is back to normal thank you Dr. Ghani and staff at Ocean Psychiatry. I share my experience with my mental health with others. I have gotten alot of positive feed back from friends and coworker that have and are having a Mental health problem and are now getting some kind of help. Can't thank Ocean Psychiatry enough.

Dr Nezami has been my Dr for over 7 years. He's allowed me to use a combination of phone and in person appointments to best meet my needs. He was there every step of the way through my disability processes helping me win my case. He's always caring and understanding, responding quickly to emergency calls. He's the best psychiatrist I've ever had treating me for my bipolar diagnosis. I'm very thankful for him.

Dr. Nezami was finally able to get my medication right after a year of being depressed. Im so grateful for that. He is kind and patient and very accommodating.

Dr. Nezami is wonderful. Very helpful, up on the latest studies and he works with his patients.
