“Dr. Alexander P. Sah obtained his Doctor of Medicine degree from Thomas Jefferson Medical College, Philadelphia, PA. He has served as Chief Resident at Massachusetts General and Brigham & Women's Hospitals. He is a board-certified Orthopedic Surgeon. He then did his Adult Reconstruction Fellowship at Rush University Medical Center, Chicago, IL. Dr. Sah is a Medical Co-Director of the Institute for Joint Restoration and Director of the Outpatient Joint Replacement Program in Fremont, CA. He specializes in minimally invasive hip and knee replacement surgery. He is the only surgeon in Fremont performing the anterior hip replacement. He performs less invasive knee and hip replacements, knee arthroscopy, and complex knee and hip revision surgeries. He is also a national expert in partial and total knee replacement. He presents research and lectures at national meetings and has over 50 presentations and publications. Dr. Sah is committed to delivering the highest quality joint replacement care possible and is known to do so in the most compassionate way possible.
