I've been a patient of Dr. Shephard and his staff for over 5 years, my mom and my sister are also patients. I am very satisfied with how Dr. Shephard treats me, he is an excellent doctor with the best manners. I have always felt respected, the staff behave with excellent work ethics (the service we do not get now anywhere else), the office hours are the best. I can tell the employees are chosen wisely and follow Dr. Shephard's high work standards. I recommend him.

First time visiting Doctor Shephard as a patient and I must say I was very pleased with the way I was treated from beginning to end. Courteous staff and on target. The doctor was very nice and took the time to go over the ultrasound he had performed and my labs. I was very pleased and would recommend him to anyone I know who might need an endocrinologist. The appointment time was honored, very important.

Very good staff, courteous and helpful. Dr, Shephard very knowledgeable and explains everything very clearly. He is avery polite person too. My only observation is that I had to wait more than one hour vs my appointment time. They have a lot of patients and this could explain why it's difficult fir them to comply with appointment times.

After years of bouncing around different endocrinologists that didn't listen, or were dismissive... I finally found Dr. Manzano. He really listens to your concerns and is more concerned with how a patient is feeling rather than just a number on a paper. I cannot recommend him or his staff enough. We mostly do zoom appointments now and its very convenient, but even in person the staff is friendly and the wait time is minimal.

I cannot recommend Miami Diabetes & Endocrinology and Dr. Andreina Rojas enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. Dr. Rojas is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also incredibly compassionate. She takes the time to listen to her patients and explains complex medical information in an easy-to-understand way. The staff is equally professional and friendly. I’m so grateful to have found such an excellent healthcare provider.

I had an excellent experience during my last appointment and follow up phone calls with Miami Diabetes and Endocrinology. Dr. Andreina Rojas and her staff are very professional, knowledgeable and courteous at all times. I'd highly recommend their services.
