Dr. Thomas L. Pitts completed his medical degree at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and pursued his residency at McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University. He is a board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism, certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Pitts focuses his research efforts on the detection and management of diabetes, actively participating in trials such as the Diabetes Prevention Trial and Phase 3 and 4 efficacy trials for diabetes treatment.
