ACENT is amazing! Everyone from the front desk to the Doctors visit are so professional and efficient! I came to this office as a last resort. Another doctor had suggested a very invasive and risky surgery, Dr. Lorenz was so kind and helpful and was able to fix my problem with a much less invasive surgery and was willing to work with me on other allergy issues as well. I highly recommend this office!.

Visiting the area & needed some assistance. Everyone was so helpful & nice- plus got me in to see Dr. Fraser asap. BIG THANK YOU to all of the staff & Dr. Fraser! Y’all saved my day!.

Dr. Schaffer has a deft hand and a gentle demeanor, which is exactly what you want from a specialist working with tissues that are themselves quite delicate. I had some post op complications through no fault of Dr. Schaffer’s, complications can be scary but he handled them confidently and empathically. I’m not only glad I got the surgery done but I’m glad that I got it done by Dr. Schaffer. If you need an ENT and especially if you need an ENT surgeon look no further. Additionally the billing department and front desk staff are fantastic, which means you’ll have a seamless experience. I couldn’t ask for a better Dr. or team.
