Dr. Ruboyianes is truly exceptional. From the moment I walked into his office, I felt listened to and cared for. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I understood my options. His professionalism is matched by his warm and compassionate demeanor. The office staff was also kind and efficient. I can’t recommend Dr. Ruboyianes enough for anyone in need of ENT care.

Dr. Ruboyianes has an excellent and empathetic bedside manner. He takes his time to fully listen and explain. Identified and treated my ailment instantly after repeated visits to the GP had led nowhere.

Dr. Ruboyianes is great, took time to listen and came up with a good plan. Front desk staff here are awesome very friendly.

Dr. Chastain is an incredible man, doctor and surgeon. He has improved my quality of life greatly by treating my chronic sinusitis with various treatments I never knew existed. He recently discovered a growth on my thyroid with his bare hands! It was later discovered the growth was cancer and Dr. Chastain stayed until 6 pm at a pre surgery appointment and drew out exactly what he would do during the surgery for me. He removed my thyroid and multiple lymph nodes that were cancerous. He then checked on me in the hospital on a Saturday and a Sunday! During the entire process he has been compassionate and caring and always takes the time to explain things so I understand them. I cannot say enough good about Dr. Chastain. The surgery went great no complications.

I've been seeing Dr Chastain since 2018 for tongue and throat cancer. He is very professional, friendly and always has time to listen and explain everything. His staff has always been professional and friendly. I highly recommend him.

I have no complaints about Dr. John Chastain. I felt very comfortable and felt he did a great job. All other staff that I've dealt with were great too.

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Stratigouleas not knowing him after a nose bleed that wouldn't stop for hours. Dr. Stratigouleas took his time explaining what is the cause of my bleeding and prescribed the right ointment and follow up actions. He never rushed me and his compassion, knowledge, competence and sense of humor is very highly commanded. I am very happy to have found him.

Dr. Stratigouleas, is without doubt one of if not the best ENT in Tucson. His robust medical knowledge is immediately apparent and yet it doesn’t stifle his excellent bed side manner in the least. Highly recommend him.

Dr. Stratigouleas is simply marvelous. I've had ear problems since infancy. This man has saved my hearing and probably my life as well. Tucson is lucky to have this man in our community.
