I worked with Maddy at Dizzy Entertainment on hiring a caricature artist for our wedding reception. She was very personable and good with communications during the process. There was a small snag on the wedding day (our caricature artist had gone to the place across the highway at first) but it all got resolved, and the caricature artist also stayed longer to help balance out for the 30 minutes of lost time. He was very friendly and was a huge hit at the reception. Maddy even followed up the next business day to apologize once again and made sure things had gone well.

We have been using Dizzy Entertainment Services Milpitas for 7+ years, and every time they have come through, they have a great pool of talented and decent performers. They are professional, responsive, and fair. Their performers admire them too. We had performances by the clown, princes, and recently Mr. M Magician. Every attendee child was smiling endlessly.

I used this place to hire a live Buzz Lightyear from Toy Story character to make an appearance. It was for a special event at a movie theater. We did like a promo there for the new Toy Story movie and we thought it would be a really fun idea to have Buzz himself come out in person to watch the movie! It worked out great and it was a really fun unexpected promo and surprise for the kids. It was easy to work with the agency and I made the arrangements in a couple short phone calls. I was VERY impressed with the quality of the Buzz costume that they use. It looks really professional and for something you get from a local company it seems like they use high quality mascots. We do these promos couple times a year so I would definitely consider them for the future.

I ordered the Chase Paw Patrol costume this year from the company and the item arrived well before the event which was perfect. The costume was amazing and looked just as great as the image. I used this company to hire two of the LOL Surprise Dolls mascot costume party characters for a girl's 4th birthday party last month. The characters did a really good job! The costumes they used looked great. We ordered the LOL Dolls Milkshake Unicorn Girl and also the one called Queen Bee. I was really impressed by the overall quality of the mascots they were using. The performers arrived on time and did a good job with the kids. They brought some cute little party games and a big stereo to play their music on. There was time for picture taking and also cutting the cake and doing happy birthday at the end. The whole process was super easy and I was very happy with the quality of the services.
