3 Best DJs in San Jose, CA

We hired Joel Nelson and his band to perform during our wedding in March 2023. He did an incredible job, and went above and beyond our expectations bringing a high level of energy and great music to our dance floor. We had a flute and guitar duet play as the bridal party walked down the aisle, and a full band followed by a DJ during the reception. They brought uplighting for the floor which added to the celebratory ambiance of the room. We were really impressed, and would absolutely recommend Joel Nelson and his crew for any upcoming events!.

Joel & his team did a fantastic job for our event - he was flexible & accommodating during the planning, had excellent suggestions garnered from his years of experience, got even the most reluctant dancers up and moving and made everything so stress free. I highly recommend Joel Nelson Productions to DJ and MC any event, particularly ones involving kids of all ages!.

Good place to shop for entertainment for private parties in the Bay Area.

Norman is by far one of the most amazing DJ's that I've ever come across. I've been at a variety of events that's he's DJed at, ranging from a High School Dance to a Senior Center Dance. He knows how to do it all! The energy that he brings to the room is not one that I've ever gotten at any other event. It's very transparent that he puts in research before the event so that he can do the best job.

Norm was everything we asked for in a DJ and more for our wedding. He spent time getting to know us and our love story to make our day the best it could possibly be. He showed up early, did everything he said he would and his equipment worked flawlessly. We cannot recommend Ultimate Sounds enough! Thank you so much Norm. From, McKenna and Brian Zoucha.

Norman was immensely accommodating with our somewhat unusual soundtrack choices. He emceed an incredible ceremony and told a very moving love story for us. From our first meeting with him, we were convinced that he was the best choice for our party.
