After a catostrophic event two months before my wedding.. Molly and her team swooped in and quite literally saved the day. I cannot sing the praises of Pop Parties enough. They make everything so easy during the whole process from planning to execution and the actual big day. They have such an amazing relationship with every vendor. When I had to find a new wedding planner the vote was unanimous among the vendors I did have that Molly was the best and I could trust her. I had the best night of my life on my wedding and its because of them. Thank you thank you THANK YOU Pop Parties.
I only wish there were adequate words to express the amazing job Molly, Lindsey and the entire Pop Parties team did for my daughter's wedding. From the utterly unique design to the flawless execution.... they were an absolute dream to work with. Every single step of the way they all made us feel like we were their only clients. They handled changing wedding dates through COVID like the pros they are, and there were so many last minute things in the weeks leading up to the wedding that Molly just took care of that we didn't have to worry or hardly even think about at all. Sarah and Keestone Events were truly the best people to work with! We met with a few wedding planners, but after meeting Sarah, we knew we had found the best planner for us! From the beginning of the process Sarah listened carefully and thoughtfully to our vision and suggested ideas. Her guidance and patience made us feel confident and completely relaxed about our big day. There was no ask too small or big for Sarah, and she always had a plan to resolve any unexpected bumps in the road. When we postponed our wedding she handled everything and coordinated with all of our vendors which made that tough decision so much easier. She worked well with all of vendors and the whole day went off without a hitch. Our families commented on how kind and organized she was and they were so impressed with how smoothly everything went. The team she brought to help on the day of were supportive, professional, and fun to be around. From the first phone call, my mom and I knew Keestone was going to be the best fit for what we wanted. Kelly and her team were incredible through out the process but especially during the last 4 weeks. Working with Kelly in the 6 months leading up to the wedding made it a seamless and stress free transition for me (the bride) during that last month. My parents and I didn't have to think about a single detail the day before and the day of the wedding. She also helped recommend vendors in the area based on what atmosphere we were looking for and our budget. Kelly and her team were great!
Where do I even begin! I am so glad I made the decision months ago to pick Stephanie and Keestone Events as my wedding planner. When we first talked, the cost was making me hesitant and I wasn't sure I needed a whole month of support, but boy was I wrong. It was so nice being at our own event and not worrying about one little thing. You had been highly recommended to us and we also had experienced previous weddings with you, so we knew what to expect... professionalism, attention to detail, and the best vendor recommendations. When our vendors knew you were our coordinator, every single one said ``that's awesome, we love her!". In addition, I highly appreciate you letting me know what was happening where and when! ie.. FOB speech, first dances, cake cutting, etc. I would have missed those if you wouldn't have told me! Our friends and family had so much fun and were so impressed with the venue, the flowers, the band, the food, the cake, the ice cream truck, the bar service...it was all amazing and you coordinated it with ease! Thank you for taking care of Brittany (her and her dress) , the wedding party, Robert and me, and every little detail. Rachel was beyond amazing! Planning a wedding during the pandemic was stressful at times, but she kept me feeling at ease throughout the entire process.
