KIDD SPRINGS RECREATION CENTER REVIEWS
Kidd Springs Park has always been a delightful place to relax and exercise for my family and I. Home to a wonderful pond with various ducks and turtles to look at while walking around and by sitting down at the benches close to the pond. They also have a recreational center that is clean and full of various activities to do. The Japanese Garden located near the pond is also a beautiful touch to the beauty of this park, and makes it stand out from other parks in the area.
Really nice park. Small lake with walking trail. The old Japanese gardens area is still nice to visit. Plenty of park benches to sit and read, watch the ducks, or just enjoy the day. The rec center has a modern workout room, a full gym, meeting rooms, and organized activities for all ages. The park also has tennis courts, a basketball court, swimming pool, and baseball field.
Great rec. nice lake with courts and cooking areas around. Inside is solid and hold voting poles. Great area.

Lake Highlands North Recreation Center, one of Dallas's most popular recreational facilities, has undergone several transformations over the years. Initially known as Skyline Recreation Center, it opened its doors a decade ago. In 1998, an expansion project added a dedicated senior wing, and in 2012, the center underwent renovations to enhance its existing features. The facility boasts various amenities, including a cozy meeting room, beautiful garden areas, fishing spots, and a baseball field. Additionally, visitors can enjoy a refreshing pool, a picturesque lake/pond, a well-equipped kitchen, scenic trails, and a delightful playground for children. Ample parking is conveniently available in front of the center. Originally acquired from F.A. and Agnes Dahman in June of 1961, the park spans 29 acres, providing an excellent space for outdoor activities such as playground fun, a splash park, tennis, pickleball, and volleyball. Overall, the Lake Highlands North Recreation Center and its accompanying park offer a fantastic combination of facilities for leisure and enjoyment.

LAKE HIGHLANDS NORTH RECREATION CENTER REVIEWS
Love visiting this pool. The kids feel safe with the life guards on staff and they are always polite and respectful! Nice young men and women working there!
My husband places handball here. It's awesome that the City of Dallas has dedicated these courts for the guys that play handball. It's amazing watching them play.
The staff is always fun and friendly. I love how mellow the place is. Great gym. Very safe and affordable.

HARRY STONE RECREATION CENTER REVIEWS
Awesome Place! We generally go to a different Rec closer to our place but my kids are going to camp here this summer and they ABSOLUTELY love it! Friendly, professional and caring staff, the place is spacious n very clean all the time, I can't say enough good things about it! Very happy with everyone there, definitely recommend it for you and your family! (Thumbs up to the coordinators, great leadership)
They take very good care of the pool and on the toddler side a child threw up in the pool and the staff called everyone out and started cleaning and sanitizing the pool. Great job.
Nice, clean facility, weight room has many machines and free weights. Uncrowded most mornings though hours vary which can impact convenience. Use of gym unlimited during unreserved times, basketball provided upon request.
