Collett, Heather and the Van Halen Team were so incredible! I used their “month of coordination” services when I hit the point of planning and decision fatigue, and never looked back. They understood and perfectly supplemented what I still needed done, while letting me keep control of the things I wanted. They had top notch vendor recommendations and were budget conscious every step of the way, which I really appreciated. On our wedding day, everything went so smoothly and my husband and I, along with our families, were able to be fully present while the team took care of everything! I was told they flawlessly handled a short rain stint RIGHT before the outside ceremony, and if anything else didn’t go exactly according to plan we weren’t aware of it. Guests have been describing the wedding as ‘magical’ and I know it wouldn’t have been possible without this team! We give our highest recommendation.

When I reached out to Heather to see if a wedding in 5 months was doable, she didn’t skip a beat and said, “yep, let’s do this!” She kept us on track from the very start, keeping every detail in mind leading up to the day. She worked incredibly with all of our vendors and our venue and created a FUN atmosphere for the day of. She kept me calm, laughing and executed everything with precision and elegance.
