Wowww!!! Ambrosia did such a wonderful job with our wedding ceremonies and reception. We had two ceremonies. We did our florals through them, which they were able to repurpose between ceremonies. We also were able to rent everything we needed through Ambrosia too! We worked mostly with Oscar and Meriah - they are the dream team!! Communication was always fast and they made the breakdown of our invoice very easy to understand. They really transformed the space and the setup for everything was more beautiful than we could have even imagined.
Ambrosia Events and Oscar Sanchez did an amazing job helping us transform a large space into a magical and beautiful area. We gave him our vision and what we were thinking, and he and his team pulled it together working with another event designer/decorations company. We especially loved our custom designed history displays and green walls. We couldn't have asked for anything better. Oscar also provided linens, chairs, table decorations and soft seating sections. Hired Ambrosia Events last minute for my wedding centerpieces, flower bouquets and chair covers. Last minute as in two weeks before the big day! Worked with Oscar and he was very nice to work with. With larger weddings, there are very often complications that arise behind the scenes, and Sarah (our day-of coordinator) did an excellent job at making it seem like nothing went wrong at all. I found out, after the day was already over, that there were several complications that occurred, but Sarah took care of it all. The bridal party, my wife, and I did NOT have to deal with our vendors coming up to us to ask logistical questions in the middle of the wedding or reception, so we got to enjoy every bit of our day without worrying about other things. And this was only possible because prior to the wedding we had 2 in-person meetings and had a decently long email conversation where we worked out the details of exactly how we wanted the day to go. And throughout the entire process, Sarah was SO nice and pleasant to work with! Kristin (the owner) was great at laying out exactly what her services were going to cost and why. No surprise fees or anything like that. She was also super nice! If you're worried about what's being said in the one star reviews here, notice how most if not all of them are from people who WERE NEVER PAYING CLIENTS. In OUR experience, Kristin was very eager to do business with us and communication with her and Sarah was always timely. The same is true for a couple of my friends who also used Timeless Events for their weddings.
Kristin was SO easy to work with. I have no idea how she does it, but our wedding day was perfect! We hired Kristin as our day-of coordinator and she as well as her assistant Bailey helped direct the entire day leaving me stress free and rolled with the punches as we made last minute changes. She and Bailey absolutely knocked it out of the park! From start to finish of the day, I was under zero stress, knowing they had it handled. I highly recommend.
We worked with Kristin on coordinating our wedding prior to the pandemic; she was courteous and willing to work around our budget and event. With having to completely overhaul the wedding because of the pandemic, she has been supportive and understanding. I would recommend Timeless Events.
