I can't say enough good things about Blue Fancy Events. Meredith made our wedding go so smoothly and saved me so much potential stress. She had everything under control and thought of so many things I never would have considered, but was so grateful to have! She is extremely familiar with (and esteemed by) many vendors in the area, which also made the process go so well and she helped us connect with vendors we would have never known about. Nearly ever guest commented on how beautiful and special the wedding was, and I was just constantly grateful we had Meredith working with us to make the day so perfect.

When we reached out to Meredith last-minute to hire a day-of coordinator for our wedding day, she was enthusiastic to help. Even though they were fully booked for the fall season, they went out of their way to help us. Meredith led the coordination herself and we truly could not have managed all the moving parts without her. Everything ran so smoothly, allowing us to fully enjoy our wedding day. We are so grateful for Meredith’s help and highly recommend her and her team!

I waited 'til last minute to add a day-of wedding planner, but boy, was it the best money spent. Meredith and her lovely team relieved me and my daughter (the bride) of every worry. As things came up the day of, the responses were always "we'll take care of that". Such an enjoyable event as a result. The team was always there, anticipating the next step. We couldn't have moved forward so smoothly without them!

Katie was such a lifesaver for our wedding!! She was very communicative and professional throughout our entire process and really helped to ensure that everything stayed on track. During our planning meetings leading up, she really helped me keep things in order and was so helpful to bounce thoughts/ideas/questions off of. Everything flowed seamlessly at our wedding and Katie was there to make sure everything went according to plan. I really cannot recommend her enough!

Katie, along with everyone at Willow and Waylon, contributed to an incredibly magical experience. She ensured that we were fully prepared for our big day, addressing all the small details in the planning process so that we didn't overlook anything. Thanks to her help, the day itself felt like a breeze, as she took a significant mental load off our shoulders. We would highly recommend her to anyone who asks!

We cannot recommend Heather Farr Events enough. We worked with Shannon (Abby assisted) as our month-of coordinator and she was invaluable to the success of our wedding day. We genuinely felt our rehearsal and wedding weekend had no hiccups and recognize it was due to the attention to detail and preparation that Shannon directed. They were both professional, kind, relaxed and allowed us to just enjoy our wedding day rather than stress over details. Hiring Shannon was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process.

Heather and her team (Heather and Shannon were our coordinators day of) are absolutely lovely to work with. Not only is Heather organized, caring, friendly, she will be your biggest hype woman! She made sure every single detail of our wedding day went perfectly. It wasn’t easy for my “type A bride” self to let others handle my day, but having Heather as my month/day of coordinator left me with absolutely no worry on wedding day! I would highly recommend Heather Farr Events to any future brides.
