Our wedding day was absolutely magical and we owe it all to Katie from Willow and Waylon Events. From the moment we met Katie, her commitment to perfection and attention to detail shone through every step of the way which spoke to my very type A personality. She truly made the whole experience stress-free by keeping us on a timeline, keeping track of all of our vendors and given that we both have very hectic work schedules on top of moving out of state prior to the wedding, she dealt with all of the vendors for us. Not to mention when one coordinator from one of our vendors was not meeting her standards, she took to initiative to rectify the situation by contacting the company and changing coordinators for us to ensure we had the best possible experience. She was with us every step of the way with multiple regular check-ins over the year of planning and was by my side through the wedding day as a calming presence to keep everyone on track. She was always very available to us via zoom, phone or text. She thought of things we didn't even think about and helped us with suggestions when we didn't know which vendors to book. Above all, she is such a kind and thoughtful human being and in general, lovely to work with. I can't give Katie and her company higher praise, I would not have been able to get through planning our wedding and wedding day without her.

Working with Willow and Waylon Events as our wedding coordinator was an absolute dream! Meeting with Katie prior to the wedding was always very efficient and kept us on top of everything we needed to do. Day-of the wedding she handled anything we needed her to do with such grace and kindness! Would recommend Willow and Waylon Events to anyone we can.

When we reached out to Meredith last-minute to hire a day-of coordinator for our wedding day, she was enthusiastic to help. Even though they were fully booked for the fall season, they went out of their way to help us. Meredith led the coordination herself and we truly could not have managed all the moving parts without her. Everything ran so smoothly, allowing us to fully enjoy our wedding day. We are so grateful for Meredith’s help and highly recommend her and her team.

I waited 'til last minute to add a day-of wedding planner, but boy, was it the best money spent. Meredith and her lovely team relieved me and my daughter (the bride) of every worry. As things came up the day of, the responses were always "we'll take care of that". Such an enjoyable event as a result. The team was always there, anticipating the next step. We couldn't have moved forward so smoothly without them.

We had the fortune of being paired with Chloe as our Lead Planner from Blue Fancy Events. She was fantastic throughout the entire planning process and absolutely delivered on the day of. I couldn't have executed our wedding without her -- it was the best investment we could have made.

Jenna is beyond amazing to work with. Honestly can’t say enough great things. She’s so creative, hardworking, and dedicated to making every experience unique and perfect. She helped us out with wedding planning, created the most beautiful styled photo shoots for engagement photos, and was just a wealth of knowledge and resources.
