I love East Town Spa!! Aaron gave me the best cut I’ve ever had. Meagan and Pres did my eyelash extensions and I just loved how relaxing and wonderful that little indulgence is to lift my spirits and self esteem. They helped me feel beautiful again. And I can’t say enough good things about the reception staff. Audrey is professional and really cared about making sure I got my appointments when I needed them. The Spa is a beautiful and relaxing place full of genuine professionals.

It was my first time trying out East Town Spa today, and it was worth it! The house was really cool, and the people were friendly. Alexandra did an amazing job with my first eyelash lift and eyebrow lamination! She was great at explaining the process for each service and the aftercare and made it a fun and relaxing time for me. I love my look and I can’t wait to come back!!

I loved my experience!! Everyone was very was very welcoming. The atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. Sufiyah is an amazing massage therapist! This was the best massage experience I’ve ever had!

Great service! Always a very relaxing, enjoyable, & clean spa experience. Renee at Brookfield, and Stephanie downtown are amazing!!! They definitely care about their clients and the services they are providing. It makes my day every time I have an appointment with either one of them!! They are both wonderful. The staff at Brookfield remember my name and are very caring when I arrive for an appointment. It is an added special touch! Cheyenne in guest services definitely goes above and beyond!! Her help with scheduling standing appointments has been outstanding! She definitely helps me schedule around my busy work schedule and keeps me coming back - often!!

Bernadet was so thorough and precise with my waxing service. From the moment I met her she was very friendly, inviting, and professional! Would definitely book with her again!

Rachel is the perfect esthetician for me. She gives excellent advice, based on my skin type, and I find the entire experience very soothing.

What a wonderful way to celebrate your birthday! This was my first time experiencing the Well Spa, and I simply don’t know why I’ve never been there before. This is a pot of gold in the city of Milwaukee. It is absolutely serene! Kristen did my services. I had the anti-aging package which included an exfoliating scrub, shower and massage. This package was well worth every dime. Everything was outstanding from the time I walked in until the time I left. The waiting area is very tranquil. My individual room was cozy and elegant. It was incredibly clean which is important. I had a deep tissue massage. This is a beautiful way to treat yourself any time. My time at Well Spa was amazing!

My husband and I booked a foot reflexology + paraffin + pedicure. This was an amazing experience. When we arrived, we had a choice of coffee, water, champagne or mimosas. The girl who did my foot reflexology was fantastic...she really knew what she was doing. I actually fell asleep during it and I am prone to being ticklish on my feet but didn't feel that way once. She also did an amazing pedicure...the best that I've ever had. My husband felt the same way about his technician. I highly recommend this spa/salon and will definitely be returning for other services. Afterwards we went to Mason Street Grill to have the best burger in Milwaukee.

I had a massage with Troy this morning and it was amazing!! A+ Troy was very respectful and kept checking with me on the pressure and other aspects. He made me feel super relaxed and his techniques were impressive. My only regret was that I only booked a massage for an hour! I will definitely be back and I will absolutely request Troy for a massage again. I feel incredible. Thank you Troy!
