We had check ins every couple weeks to go over any items to our timeline. She would answer all of our questions and send over summaries of what we had discussed. She really grounded us from what could have been an overwhelming amount of information for planning a wedding. Instead we were very excited and looking forward to it the whole way through! Day of the wedding, we had a change of plans due to the weather and had to move the ceremony and dancing indoors. But everything was so seamless with her coordination.
