We booked a ride to the airport. Our driver was on time, polite and friendly. The car was clean. I asked to sit in the front because it’s easier for me to get in and out of the car. After about 10 miles in we found that we had to return to where we were staying to retrieve something we needed for our trip. Our driver didn’t make us feel bad. He called dispatch and made arrangements for his next fare. We made good time going back to the airport. He told us where to go and what to do to make our flight on time. I would happily use this service the next time I’m in town. Our driver has been a limo driver for over 30 years. The quality of his performance shows.

Driver on time. Clean car. Wonderful. To top it off our driver was an accomplished musician and we talked about music the whole way to the airport. Carmel is the service I use all the time to go to the airport, for many years now. I only once had a bad driver. Every other time it’s been an easy smooth experience. Thank you.

Easy to use the app. Booked a few days before the trip. Had a really early flight so wanted to make sure the ride was secure. The car was there 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Smooth ride to the airport. Highly recommend.

NYC UNITED LIMO REVIEWS

I took my mom on a trip to NYC and wanted to make it special so I booked with NYC United Limo to pick us up at the airport to take us to our hotel. I also booked a return trip when we left. Both experiences were wonderful. Each driver was professional and helped load and unload our bags and my mom's walker. The vehicles were clean. The company set text messages confirming the reservation, a reminder about the pick up, letting us know when the driver was on their way, and when they arrived. I liked the communication and didn't have to worry about it at all. I recommend using this company and would definitely book with them again. Thank you for making this portion of our trip worry free.

Superb experience from booking to drop off. Prompt responses to email, thorough explanations to questions and friendly assistance on the phone. Salim our driver was prompt to arrive at the airport and checked in with us all along the way so we were aware of his arrival. I felt completely at ease knowing I was in good hands. The drive into Manhattan was safe and easy and I 100% will book with this service again. Easy peasy.

Excellent experience! We booked a ride from the airport to our hotel and added an extra couple hours for sightseeing. Our driver, David, was superb. He took us to a few sights and even stopped to let us grab a slice at our favorite pizza spot . Great experience and we would most definitely use this service again!.
