We worked with Shelby for full wedding planning and floral. It was clear from our first communication that she knows her stuff – she immediately put us at ease with her friendly and kind personality, and knowledgeable insights. Shelby had great vendor relationships and recommendations for us that fit our budget, venue and vision for the day. She guided us through each step and also was great about asking questions and offering her expert advice to support us in decision making. Rehearsal was well organized and fun, thanks to Shelby and her relationship with our officiant - and the wedding day was like a dream. The overall design, including Shelby’s floral design was beyond beautiful. The structure of the day was well coordinated and everything went smoothly. If there were any hiccups, we and our guests didn’t see or hear about it, and it was taken care of behind the scenes. We have only positive memories of the day, and much gratitude for Shelby for making that possible. Highly, highly recommend working with her. Shelby really seemed to understand our vision, and had a lot of helpful suggestions for what we could do to maximize our budget. She actually ended up doing our florals, and we were so impressed with how they turned out!!! Even with a last-minute change of plans, our ceremony and reception were BEAUTIFUL. We did not have to worry at all, and were able to just relax and enjoy the night, knowing that she was working her magic behind the scenes. Shelby was our day of coordinator for our wedding at the Golden Gardens Bathhouse in Seattle, WA. Shelby was amazing for numerous reasons: (1) She provided incredibly insightful advice/support for us during the planning stage of the wedding ; (2) She was able to keep us calm during the more stressful stages of the planning and reassure us everything was on track ; (3) On the day of our wedding she dealt with anything that came up, so we didn't have to worry about it, which allowed us to enjoy our day. Discussing contract terms and requested services with Marshanell was easy and straightforward, and she ensured all of our necessary tasks were fully addressed in the contract so there was no confusion on what services were included. Marshanell was quick to respond to correspondence and was highly professional at all times. On the day of the wedding they showed up, did everything requested, and went above and beyond. They made sure cleanup was to the venue's standards and stayed until the very end. Marshanell and her team is amazing. They helped us for an event with over 500ppl in attendance. The service was very smooth and very professionally managed. Marshanell and Archie made our party so enjoyable! They took care of organizing and managing the catering platters, serving, helping our students serve themselves, tidying up, dealing with full garbage bins, and generally taking on the mental labor so the party organizers could actually enjoy the party.
