As a professional wedding officiant, I have worked with many wedding and event planners throughout the country. Emily and her team are by far the most professional I have had the pleasure of working with. She knows exactly what she is doing. From the rehearsal to the actual wedding, I saw nothing but the highest professionalism. We had some last-minute changes just before the marriage ceremony was supposed to start, and her team just kicked into high gear and got those changes done within minutes. If you are looking for a wedding or event planner in the Seattle area or anywhere in the country, this is the team to hire.
Is it possible to give 6 stars? Seven? Might be a cliché, but that's because it's true: My Wedding Would Not Have Happened Without These Women. Period. We chose the 45 day package but leaned on Jacqueline and Erin's expertise and preferred vendors all along the way. From grabbing last minute things at the store, to recommending our phenomenal DJ and venue, to herding all the cats--and there were a lot of cats--we owe the execution of our vision to It's All in the Details. We're considering getting married all over again just to hire them ;)
Jacqueline is AMAZING and is worth every penny and then some. She is super easy to work with and very organized. We planned this wedding from NYC and she literally took care of everything, down to the last detail of making sure my grandma had a front parking spot and ADA ramp to get into the venue. She sets up everything and packs up all the personal items at the end of the night. She also contacts all of the vendors to make sure they arrive on time and sets up everything perfectly. If you want your day to go smoothly and not have the headache of trying to coordinate everything during your wedding, then get Jacqueline!

Working with Perfectly Posh Events was one of the best decisions I made throughout my wedding planning process (other than deciding to marry my husband). We worked with Danae, who may be my new favorite person. She was organized, responsible, quick to reply to emails or text messages, navigated any crises the day-of so smoothly that I didn't even know there was an issue, charmed my entire family, and had the most warm and positive attitude the entire time. My other vendors all raved about her to me and I cannot begin to describe how grateful I am to her. These ladies know what they are doing! Do yourself a favor and hire them.
Holly , Bridget and the entire team is top notch! I'm in the industry and am always excited when I get to work with these gals as I know that the day will run smoothly, the couple will have a blast and the vendors will have the tools they need to make sure to do their job well. Wedding planners are a hard thing to quantify their value until after the event... but trust me... after being at 200+ weddings in my career, a wedding planner is worth their weight in gold, and especially so if it's Perfectly Posh Events!

Our wedding was in June 2021 and we could not be happier with IYDE. We worked with Sara for our coordination up north in Bellingham; she helped us navigate choices for planning a pandemic wedding and helped make sure all the small details and logistics fell into place. Sara and IYDE gave us peace of mind and confidence in our planning but also after a few details meetings, we had full trust that we were partnering with the perfect crew. Communication was clear, frequent, and supportive! Sara helped us build our wedding day timeline and we were able to adjust as often as needed as we thought of last minute details. On the wedding day, the setup, tear down, and transitions were smooth as butter, and all the tiny hiccups (something can and WILL go wrong) were resolved immediately. Sara truly went above and beyond by providing sign easels, a small table for our ceremony, and even transported our rentals. In booking Its Your Day Events we got everything we could have imagined, and more.
We used It’s Your Day Events for month-of-coordinating, but they were available from the time we hired them (Oct 2020-Sept 2021) to give us referrals for vendors and to answer questions along the way. They were detail-oriented, reliable, and kept everything organized and most importantly, made sure everything was flawless for our big day. For us, it was the perfect balance of them executing our vision but also them offering their expertise when we had no idea what we were doing (like when it came to the detailed layout for our reception). They also designed the paper products for our wedding, which turned out great. Hiring them was one of the best decisions we made, especially since they took care of communicating with all of our other vendors, which saved us a lot of time and stress leading up to the wedding.
Ashley and Christina are amazing!! They were so flexible with my husband and I during the planning process, understood our taste and sense of humor, and did the best job ensuring everything was buttoned up and our wedding day went seamlessly. If there's one thing I'd recommend, it's great a freaking planner and the second thing would be to use It's Your Day Events. The entire process was stress-free and fun, which would NOT have happened if we didn't have them. They really made our wedding day everything we wanted.
