As an integral part of the Yesler Terrace Master Planned Community, the Yesler Neighborhood Park project has developed a 1.7-acre neighborhood park. At Yesler Community Center, you'll find two multipurpose rooms, a commercial-grade kitchen, an arts and crafts room, and a gym with a regulation-size basketball court. These rooms vary in size, providing various spaces to accommodate multiple programs and activities, catering to the community's needs and preferences. The open space in the lobby showcases photography created by the center's youth. The modern 46,500-square-foot building boasts a single-story layout and abundant natural lighting provided by numerous windows. The outdoor area includes metal benches, wooden seats, permanent chess boards on select tables, and a children's play area.
