Bree and the team at AAE exceeded every expectation we had and were a joy to work with. Everything they did, from start to finish...helping us brainsI cannot say enough good things about the AAE team. My wife and I just got married in Aruba for a destination wedding and had multiple events over a week's span all coordinated by AAE. Below are some of the details of my experience working with AAE: 1. They are fairly priced. We quoted many planners and Sarah and her team were reasonable in their requests and had no hidden fees. 2. They are ALWAYS available. There was never a time where we could not reach either Sarah, Stacey, or Nikki. Calls, texts, emails, they always made sure we were answered in a timely manner and never made us feel like we were a burden. 3. They never say No. Throughout the entire process, everything we asked for they made happen. We had a budget, and they always found a way to present us with multiple options for everything we requested. 4. They are VERY creative. Every idea we had, they put their own spin on it and elevated it to the next level. We literally did 5 custom days of events with custom structures. They made a complicated process look simple. 5. They are good people. Simply, their entire team are family first people who are hard working and ethical. They are not snooty or fancy shmancy, just genuine hard working people who want to deliver for their clients and their families. I cannot recommend them any stronger. You WILL get the results you want by choosing AAE. Working with Sarah and her team was the best decision my wife and I have.
Stacey at All About Events was an absolute gem to work with. I had all the major planning/design finished but she expertly consolidated all of the contracts and arranged all of the final steps meetings and setup that would have been incredibly anxiety-provoking and time-consuming. They picked up our cake from the bakery and brought to our wedding venue. Our wedding day was a breeze because of her and Andrea, all we had to do was show up on time at the beginning of the day to get ready and they did the rest!! They also arranged our complicated seating chart/favor table of plants in alphabetical order in such a cute way!! If you are on the fence about getting a month of coordinator, this is your sign to do it!! You will never regret it.

Working with Beautiful Blooms was so easy! We had our wedding at Vie, a Cescaphe venue, and Kelsey, our floral specialist, knew the in’s and out’s. She worked with us on our budget, taking our initial vision and scaling it for both the space and how much we wanted to spend. The bridal party florals were delivered promptly to our hotel room, and were gorgeous! I ended up giving my bouquet to my MIL and she raved about it for days - they smelled so beautiful and were a big hit.

I can't imagine planning or designing an event or wedding with ANYONE ELSE than Brian Kappra at Evantine Design! 35+ years of party planning and he is still the hottest, most amazing event producer in all of Philadephia! Of course, I know he has taken teams of designers to Boston, New York, all over New Jersey and Delaware too, but in Philadelphia, he is KING. And for a reason... many florists and designers create pretty flowers. But Brian Kappra at Evantine is something else altogether. He has a team of floral designers and does them himself. But he has event production, talent management, interior design, landscape architecture.
Brian was FABULOUS! His Team was amazing. We were so lucky to have Evantine as part of our wedding day. The room was stunning, his team was great to work with and we could not be happier with everything that Evantine did. I enjoyed planning one of the most important days of my life with Brian and his team. My husband and I could not have imagined that it would be as amazing as it was and so much of it had to do with Evantine's artistic talent, vision, professionalism, and their personalities!! I can't say enough good things about Brian and his team.
