We were able to rent the sail cloth tent for my daughters wedding. It looked wonderful and helped us to have a great event. West Coast events consulted with us on the phone and then we went down to their showroom and finalized all of our choices. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. They were always available by email or phone for any of my questions. Especially trying to figure out my electrical needs. We couldn’t of had the wonderful wedding for my daughter without their help!

For our indoor/outdoor wedding out in wine country, WCEP provided all of the tables, chairs, linens, arbor, catering items, and floral. I had a great experience working with the WCEP team on picking out the rental items and designing the floral. They truly helped my vision come to life! They were extremely prepared and attended a site walk, helped with several revisions on the floor plan, and they set up everything according to plan with no issues with delivery/pick up. I am beyond grateful for everything the WCEP team did to help make our special day go perfectly!

WCEP absolutely delivered for our event! We needed a huge tent to cover our patio located along the river, where it can get incredibly windy. I was very nervous about the set up process but DJ was extremely patient with me, walked through the set up multiple times and was always willing to jump on calls to answer my many questions. They worked with our tight schedule for the set up and the final result was amazing. I can't recommend them enough!
