just wow! we rented a sprinter for my friend’s birthday party to drive us through wine country. our driver Suzi was terrific. she kept us on schedule for all of our reservations and she was also just so kind and funny. the car was really clean and stocked with water. overall a great experience and I would use them again.

Let me tell you about the amazing experience I had with this company. I had a limo set up to take my wife and me (from our wedding). He was a perfect driver and a gentleman. This company is perfect and easy to talk with. Then it happened. I left my cell phone in the limo. The driver drove all the way back to Beaverton and saw I left it. Brought it back to the Nines and made sure I got my phone back. Above and beyond. They have amazing customer service.
The staff at JMI were amazing from reservations all throughout the night. Suzi the driver was incredible. She took such great care of the 16th birthday party girls and they had a blast! She even drove them around for pictures. We are grateful!
