Dr Lutz is a great eye doctor. He fit me with my contacts for years. They always had contact lenses, in my prescription, for me to wear sameday! When I was struggling with my vision, he found that I had cataracts that needed to be removed. Their diagnostic testing is impressive! The staff is friendly and helpful. I will be a patient for life.

This was my first time going to Dr. Steven Lutz and Associates. It was absolutely fantastic! They explained so much detail to me including visuals, I never had that with Henry Ford. The ease of picking out glasses was so easy with the help of Shannon. Experience was exceptional, and they will now be my new DR moving forward.

Dr. Lutz's team is great. From front desk to eye exam to getting fitted for glasses, all a smooth and easy experience. Shout out to Jen for helping me pick out glasses and fit me perfectly for them. Thank you team.

My first time with these people and they were a delight! The ladies at the desk couldn't have been friendlier, the lady who did my tests was a dream, and there was absolutely no wait time before Dr. Johnson saw me. He was so kind, competent and thorough, even taking the time to show and explain to me the results of what I was seeing on the computer screen. Everyone listened to my concerns and answered my questions, and basically treated me like the Queen of Romania. We've found our new local eye care professionals.

Dr Johnson is the best optometrist I have known over more than three decades. He is very knowledgeable, thorough, kind, and helpful. This practice is well managed with a pleasant atmosphere. A major plus is that every exam includes retina imaging. With a lot of people having diabetes or insulin resistance, many problems can be caught and treated early.

The Doctors in this facility treat patients with respect and compassion. They are truly the best in town. I cannot speak how much delight we had with them.

I was excited for West Arbor Eyecare to open, based on the location alone. Went in today for my first eye exam and was impressed. The staff is so friendly and kind. The atmosphere is relaxing and modern. I was seen on time and the exam was quick but very thorough. This will be my place going forward.

First time client at West Arbor Eyecare. Went in to get a contact exam so was hoping it be quick and easy. And it was! All staff I interacted with were extremely friendly and down to earth. They taught me terminology and facts that I've never knew before. And I've been going to the optometrist for 25 years! I would highly recommend. They are efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

The staff is really nice and professional. I was greeted by Peter immediately upon arrival. The Doctor and technician are very thorough, and they have all of the latest state of the art equipment. I really enjoyed they use a new device to check the pressure of the eye that doesn’t blow that crazy air in your eyes. They also have an incredible selection of eye glasses.
