Very informative and asked a lot of questions. He also answered all my questions. He did not rush the visit and took ample time with me. I have follow up to do with him and expect the same outcome of professionalism as already experienced.

Dr. Ohl answered all of my questions and we solved my issue together, through a prescription. I wish I would have known about him earlier. A++ visit all the way around.

Dr. Ohl is intelligent, skilled, and considerate. I trust him and have scheduled corrective surgery with him.

Dr Stoffel has been incredible at diagnosing and treating my symptoms. He always shows extreme patience and care at each visit. He listens to questions and concerns and explains all the options in detail to help us make the best decisions long term. Without Dr Stoffel I don't know where my quality of life would be. I am so ver thankful for his care and for U of M medicine.

Dr. Stoffel always addresses my concerns and trusts that I know my own body. He is open to what I have to say and. I feel that he includes other physicians on my care team which is very important to me.

What a difference a good doctor makes! My brothers first experience was with a urologist in Grand Rapids Was not good....the procedure was very painful and the doctor actually laughed when my brother cried out in pain. There were also other issues. Thank God we found Dr. Hafez and his team. Dr. Hafez did the same procedure on my brother with absolutely no discomfort at all. He also took the time to explain everything to him and did his best to keep my brother positive. His assistant Bridget has gone above and beyond the call of duty to help keep us informed. It was a Friday at 4:45 PM and the office was closing at 5 PM and I doubted that we would get a return phone call as we had many questions. I was told by someone there that it takes 24 to 48 hours to get a response so i assumed we would have to sweat it out over the weekend. But that person clearly didn’t know Bridget. Even though the Office closed at five and I was told Bridget was very busy with another patient all day she actually called us back at 5:30 and answered all of our questions patiently which was amazing. Thanks to all of your team for doing such a great job! Bridgette, you are amazing as is Dr. Hafez.

Dr. Hafez is an excellent and extremely qualified doctor. He has taken very good care of my son and has given my family back a normal life. He is very compassionate and understands exactly what the patient and the family are going through and he provides comfort and encouragement. Thank you very much Dr. Hafez.

Dr. Hafez has been awesome. He's been treating my cancer about 8 years. Very compassionate, knowledgeable. Treats me like a friend.
