This was my first time using Crystal view Optometry for annual exam including eyeglasses. Everything was explained to me , all staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. The doctor explained and thoroughly checked my eyes, gave me options to best suit my needs. After the eye exam, I was able to find new eye glasses and the person made it so easy for me. I was able to get everything done in one visit. Very satisfied.

Very efficiently run practice with a friendly staff. Great selection of frames. There is no sitting around waiting as they get your tests run and within a few minutes, Dr. McKnight is wrapping up the exam. This was our third annual visit with the same quality of care.

The staff was super nice and greet you as soon as you walk in the door! They have a great selection of frames and very affordable. The optometrist was so nice and explained everything that she was doing. I felt so good coming here for the first time.

I am so pleased with my first visit to Elk Grove Optometry. I completed tests I have never been offered before which enabled me to have knowledge of very important info regarding my eye health and how to better care for my eyes. My doctor was extremely helpful. Ashley professionally guided me through my tests and explained everything in detail for home care. She also researched my insurance so I could maximize my new eye wear purchases. I highly recommend Elk Grove Optometry and will gladly refer others here.

This is the most helpful office I have ever been to they greet you at the door with a smile and so very knowledgeable about insurance I go once a year I get a reminder card in the mail I also get a birthday card. I love my eye doc she is amazing. They have all the new gadgets for testing your eye sight. As long as I live in Sac I will choose this facility. It is the best.

Dr. K took the time to explain my exam in detail. He was thorough, knowledgeable and extremely patient and diligent. I will be returning and refer anyone who needs a great optometrist! The office staff was also welcoming and helpful.

VisionWorks Doctors of Optometry in Elk Grove has been taking care of my eye checkups and eyeglasses since they opened in the Sacramento area last year. I had my last eye exam a few days ago on a Saturday morning with Dr. Cindy Lam. She is very professional and careful. I received her excellent and attentive care. The experience is very similar to my last visit in 2023. All the workers were amiable and helpful. I received excellent service and advice from everyone there. VisionWorks in Elk Grove is one of the best companies I have ever been visiting.

Coming in the technician and associate greeted me and showed me around! Dr. Lam was very precise and knowledgeable! Yashika pretested me and Ryan and Sinjita helped me out with the glasses. It was my first time getting glasses and they helped me choose great glasses that fit well. Thank you everyone.

My wife and I actually found a optometry we like. Every year we're like "Eh, let's look for another place". This is the first place we will be going back to. The staff is super friendly and professional. The experience was laid back and comfy. But in the past with other places I had issues when I received my glasses. Hopefully this time it'll be different.
