My dad is 89 yo, so I'm reviewing for him. Dr. Lao is a good doctor and the staff tries to be helpful. However, if you are in the same position I am, caring for a elderly parent, a simple note in the patients file, to the fact (or create a form for the patient to sign indicating certain individuals who can assist on his behalf). The current system hinders getting aid to the elderly patient and does more harm to their health.

Dr. Lao is caring, listens and understands. That’s rare these days in primary care. Knowing I’m heard and understood helps me feel I’m a partner in my own health care. Thanks Dr. Lao!.

Dr Lao is awesome. She listens well and never makes me feel rushed! She makes me feel heard and that she really cares about keeping me healthy and alive.

Dr. Na is friendly and has a specialty in listening. She also really knows family practice. My husband and I are new to her practice but feel invited and our concerns are taken seriously. She also has exceptional follow through. Even her staff speaks highly of Her.

Dr Na is a gem. I have been suffering all week with intense pain, unable to walk and overall feeling miserable. I was back and forth to urgent care,ER, and tele-health appointments trying to get help. I had an amazing doctor in the past who listened and had excellent bedside manner so my expectation is that when it comes to my health. I prayed this morning before I walked in the office for a good doctor who actually cares, and I was blessed. Dr Na is amazing, attentive, warm spirited and on the job. She set up every appointment today and followed up with an update which eased a lot of stress . I feel safe with my health in her care.

She's wonderful shes so patient never in a hurry always shows that she cares about her patients.

This was my initial visit with Dr. Del Pozo. He took time to review my chart. He listened to me and addressed my issues. I was pleased with his care and concern.

Dr. Del Pozo seems like an excellent doctor combining knowledge with also treating the patient as a person and with respect.

He took a pic of my rash. If the rash Is not resolved In 4 weeks, he has a comparison of Imp or no improvement.
