Our 7yo was so afraid of going to this appointment; once she got home all she spoke of was the kindness of Dr. Dragon and the lady who looked in her eyes too. Our entire family are patients of this practice. Dr. Dragon is AMAZING!!!! Don't let me leave out the other staff... the front desk ladies and the ladies who do the pretests are polite, respectful, loving. I have a medical condition and my requests were met with respect and never questioned. Edit to add I have been coming to Dr Dragon for many years... and his facility is always clean, up to date equipment, has really nice glasses to choose from. Can not say enough positive things about this practice!.

Overall, a pretty good experience. Dr Dragon and the assistant were very congenial and helpful. The only negative I can think to mention is that I had to wait a little over 30 minutes past the appointment time, but that's pretty normal with most doctor visits, so won't count that against them. I definitely plan to use them again.

Called up asking for a last minute appointment. Go in same day, super awesome. The staff from the receptionist to technicians to the doctor were totally great. Very professional, happy and willing to answer any questions. The office is very nice, bright and clean. Definitely recommend.

Dr Rho is an absolute ideal doctor and I have no reservations in recommending him as a retinal specialist. It’s been my experience that he is always kind, engaged, actively listens and has a reassuring bedside manner. Additionally, I have found the doctor team in this specialty to be super professional, caring and responsive to my aging father’s emergent, acute, and chronic needs, at one point meeting him on a Saturday afternoon for an emergency referral from the ER. It is a busy practice but I wouldn’t go anywhere else!.

Dr. Roh is so amazing. I am always a little anxious when I go in for my shots but the friendly and professional staff help me to relax. Then the Dr. comes in and in a couple of minutes I am on my way home. I Praise GOD that we have such caring professionals here in Virginia Beach.

Very pleased with the entire process. The staff was very efficient and polite. Really pleased with Dr. Robit he answered my questions before I asked them. Had a very comforting and reassuring manner. Thanks for the great care.

The staff was very nice as usual. Everything ran smoothly. The offices were clean. Before getting pictures taken or doing exams, the assistants made sure to sanitize and wipe down common touched items before the next patient used them. And the doctor was very respectful and helpful after my laser treatment. He guided me to the waiting area, which was very nice of him. This was the location in Norfolk. This is my favorite location.

The staff were all very welcoming, professional, and offered excellent customer service. Dr. Kapoor was very nice. He took his time explaining everything to me. He was genuinely concerned and did not hurry through my questions. I so glad to be part of this team!!!.

Experiencing MD is scary, after first visit with Dr Kapoor he made me feel a little more comfortable that he could ease some of frightening thoughts that went through my mind.
